Meet Miss Alysia

Owner and Educator at Tiny Tunes for Tots Studio

I started voice lessons at 5-years old, followed by piano and theory lessons. Originally born in a small town in Ontario, I moved to Toronto with my family and attended the Claude Watson School for the Arts in grade 9 and 10 before moving to Guelph. While living in Guelph, I completed my grade 8 voice, grade 6 piano, and grade 5 theory with the Canadian Conservatory of Music. I received entrance scholarships at two Universities to study music as a voice major and graduated in 2009 with my bachelor’s degree in music.

After graduation, I had years of administrative experience supporting students, faculty, and administration at a Post-Secondary Institution. Over the years, I have added a diploma, certificate program, and a psychology course to my education.

I love how music can move us, regulate our emotions, and bring us all together. Teaching Kindermusik is a new experience for me, but I love connecting with kids and caregivers as we giggle, sing, move, dance, learn together, and so much more!

What parents are saying…

 Foundations class mom E.H.

“Miss Aly is the absolute best. My son and I took her baby and me music class. Her love and passion for music is contagious. She makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable instantly… babies and parents too. The program she teaches for babies provides information about their development, sign language, along with very catchy songs. I recommend anyone who is looking for a music class for their children of any age to sign up for a class with Miss Aly.

Claire & Timothée

Timothée and I just adored Miss Aly’s Kindermusik baby class. We loved learning the new and varied songs and fun dances to go along with those songs. Every time I start singing ‘Silly Pony’, it brings a big smile to my baby’s face. Really looking forward to the next one.
